细节精湛</strong></p><p><br></p><p>　　家庭主妇郑姐告诉记者，制作糕烧番薯芋所需的材料较简单，但制作过程较为讲究。首先，准备好番薯、芋头、白果、白芝麻、陈皮等食材，将芋头和番薯洗净削皮后切成大小适中的条块状。接着，准备一个大锅，烧热适量食用油，将切好的番薯芋头炸至七成熟（可用筷子戳一下，确保每块食材都炸熟）。随后，用小锅煮沸清水，将白果去壳、去芯后放入煮沸的水中煮软，捞起沥干水分，去除涩味备用。在这个过程中，可以在另外一个小锅中加入适量清水和细砂糖，熬煮至糖融化，形成黏稠的糖浆。接下来，将炸好的番薯、芋头、白果和切丝的陈皮放入糖浆中，慢慢搅拌至每块食材都裹上糖浆，确保均匀入味。最后，将制作好的糕烧番薯芋盛入盘中，撒上芝麻粒点缀增香，为这份美味画上完美的句号。</p><p><br></p><p style=\"-webkit-max-logical-width: 100%;
